Full Circle Cafe & Espresso Bar Announces New Extended Hours & Dinner Service

Full Circle

As the temperatures outside continue their slow wintery decline, the inherent need for a satisfying meal that is delicious and comforting grows. The magical equation of equal parts warming, hearty, and healthy that can bring a smile and joy to even the most frozen of hearts and stomachs is a challenge Jayme and Ryan Bendoski, owners of Full Circle Café & Espresso Bar in Stevensville are taking on.

Recently celebrating their 6th anniversary in downtown Stevensville, the eatery originally opened serving breakfast and lunch items that were scratch made, including a wide variety of gluten free and vegan options. The husband-and-wife duo have announced the expansion of their restaurant to now include dinner service Wednesday through Saturday’s until 7:00 p.m., complete with mocktails, and the comfort food that they’ve become so well known for.

“We’re constantly getting feedback from our customers saying they wished we were open for dinner, extending our menu and hours is as much for them as it is for those who might not be able to join us during the day,” says Jayme. It’s that feedback from their customers and the community at large that she hopes will help shape the dinner menu moving forward. “We want suggestions on what we should add as we continue to develop this portion of our menu. Our hope is that we can continue to provide healthy, delicious, comfort food that’s seasonal, sustainable, and allows us to continue to give back to the community that has supported us since day one.”

Ryans Chicken and Biscuit

In addition to their current breakfast and lunch menu options being made available at dinner, Jayme and Ryan will be adding new items weekly such as her famous Chicken Pot Pies, Ryan’s Chicken and Biscuits, and Charcuterie boards featuring cheese, breads, crackers, jams, and other products found on their menu. Fans of their baked goods and sweet treats will be happy to hear those will be expanding during dinner service too! Offerings include a gluten free New York style cheesecake and cranberry and walnut bread pudding.

Mocktails, which have grown in popularity over the years, will also be a new feature added to the Full Circle Café & Espresso Bar menu. Offering all the fun and flavor, without the alcohol, the menu includes a Bloody Gary that’s garnished with a mini-grown-up grilled cheese, a Mint NOjito that features fresh mint, and CBD-infused sparkling water, and a S’mores Hot Cocoa.

Being parents themselves, both Jayme and Ryan understand the importance of feeding your children something that’s healthy and also affordable. “You’ll already find $5 kid’s meals on our menu, we’re continuing those through dinner to provide a balanced meal that even picky eaters will enjoy,” Jayme adds.
